GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
You who book have a personal responsibility for the party. If there are fewer people on arrival, we reserve the right to charge you 250 SEK / person who does not show up. Cancellation must be made the same day to avoid fees. Party's up to 10 people need to be cancelled 24 hours before arrival. If you arrive later than 30 minutes, your table will be cancelled and assigned to guests on the waiting list. We appreciate you calling in and changing the number if necessary.
SPECIAL TERMS:
Some sessions require a credit card guarantee. You will then be prompted to confirm your booking with a debit card. If this is not done, your booking remains provisional and will be cancelled within 24 hours. No money is charged when booking, only a check of a valid debit card. In the event of a no-show or cancellation later than stated per specific session, we reserve the right to charge 500 SEK/person who does not show up. You who book have personal responsibility for the party.

For faster invoice processing, please email your billing information immediately after booking. We would like to draw your attention to our billing requirements:
Invoice details must be submitted no later than the day before your visit complete with:

If this is not submitted to us on time, we cannot offer an invoice as a payment method.
Unfortunately, we do not offer invoice as a payment method for bills with an amount below SEK 3000. This is due to administrative costs and efficiency in our payment processing.
For smaller amounts, we recommend the following payment options instead:
